  • User ID: With this conversion, your existing User ID for online and mobile banking will remain the same. However,
if you have spaces within your User ID, those spaces will be removed for the new platform, i.e. “user 1981$” will
    become “user1981$”.
    • If you are unaware of your existing User ID, prior to Oct. 23rd, please contact the Customer Care Center for
assistance. If you use a password system on your device (phone or tablet) or on your browser, you may be able to
      locate your saved User ID.
  • Temporary Password: For your first login to the new system, you will need to use a temporary password as follows
    – your birthday (MMDDYYYY) followed by the last 4 numbers of your social security number (XXXX). This will be a 12-
digit code unique to you in this format: MMDDYYYYXXXX. You will be asked to set a new password during the initial
    login.
  • Recurring Transfers and Bill Pay: If you have any recurring and future scheduled transfers, they will automatically
move over to the new digital banking platform. If you utilize Bill Pay, all of your payees and future schedule payments
will automatically move over to the new digital banking platform.
  • Loan Payments: If you have set up a recurring loan payment within online banking, such as additional interest or
principal payments, you will need to set this up within our new digital banking platform.
  • eStatements: If you have already setup eStatements, you’ll be able to view them in the new digital banking platform.
If you haven’t, you can easily sign up for these when you log in.
  • Mobile Apps: With the conversion, you will need to download our new mobile banking app, either the Apple or
Android version. The new ANB Bank Mobile App will have a new icon – with a blue background. These apps should
be available on Oct. 24th on the respective app stores.
