ANB Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Kileigh Sperber to Community Bank President of ANB Bank's Downtown Grand Junction Banking Center. Sperber brings over 26 years of banking experience to her new role with a longstanding presence in the Colorado market. Her extensive banking experience and knowledge enable her to evaluate the needs of each customer's unique business and ensure they are utilizing the best products, giving them the edge to succeed.

"Kileigh joined ANB Bank at the beginning of 2000, and for 26 years, she has held many positions, from Universal Banker to Treasury Management Officer to Relationship Manager. Her progression during these periods has certainly prepared her for this new role. Sperber served in sales, branch management, and treasury management roles before her role as First Vice President. Prior to ANB, Kileigh worked in lending at a local bank and mortgage company and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado in 2023. 

The fifth-generation Grand Valley native volunteers as a board member and treasurer for the Business Incubator of Western Colorado and a voting member of B:Side Capital's direct loan committee. She also volunteers as a business mentor with Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute and is active in the bank's Employee Volunteer Network, which supports several non-profit organizations in Western Colorado.
