ANB Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Frankie Cole as Human Resources Director.
Cole’s banking career spans more than 20 years. After graduating from Newman University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Management and a minor in Business Communications, Cole joined a Wichita, Kansas bank and her love of banking began. In 2006, Cole moved to Colorado and worked at a local Colorado bank as a Senior Vice President of the bank’s northwest market. Cole joined ANB Bank in 2016 and has held positions as a Community Bank President, Senior Credit Officer, and Regional President. She has had a tremendous impact on ANB in each of her previous roles.
“Frankie’s well-rounded leadership throughout the company in a variety of roles, as well as her deep commitment to ANB’s culture, positions her well to move into this important role,” stated Todd Crowley, President.
Cole’s impact on the community goes far beyond banking. She has volunteered her time in various positions at many non-profit organizations in Colorado. These include the Developmental Disabilities Resource Center, Mercy Housing Partnership Council – Mountain Plains, La Familia/The Family Center, and Foothills Gateway Foundation. Today, Cole serves as the chair of the Board of Commissioners on the Windsor Housing Authority, and as a member of the Loan Committee for the Impact Development Fund.
