ANB Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Kileigh Sperber to First Vice President and Banking Officer V of ANB Bank’s Downtown Grand Junction Banking Center. Sperber brings over 25 years of banking experience to her new role with a longstanding presence in the Colorado market. Her extensive banking experience and knowledge enable her to evaluate the needs of each client’s unique business and ensure they are utilizing the best products, giving them the edge to succeed.

“I strive to provide outstanding customer service to each of my clients. As a result, I develop long-term business relationships,” says Sperber.

“Kileigh is a lifetime resident of Grand Junction and has been with ANB for over 25 years. It is a well-deserved promotion to First Vice President, from where she started as a teller through positions in sales, branch management, and treasury management. I am very proud of her and congratulations,” stated by Vance Wagner, ANB’s Western Colorado Regional President.

Sperber served in sales, branch management, and treasury management roles before joining the lending team in 2019. Prior to ANB, Kileigh worked in lending at a local bank and mortgage company and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado in 2023.

The fifth-generation Grand Valley native volunteers as a board member and treasurer for the Business Incubator of Western Colorado and a voting member of B:Side Capital's direct loan committee. She also volunteers as a business mentor with Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute and is active in the bank's Employee Volunteer Network, which supports several non-profit organizations in Western Colorado.

Across the ANB footprint, the bank has 30 banking centers serving customers throughout Colorado and Wyoming. Its parent company is the Sturm Financial Group, Inc., headquartered in Denver, Colorado. ANB Bank has financial strength embodied in $3 billion in assets and is a true community bank with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
