What are eStatements?

eStatements are electronic versions of paper statements received through your Online Banking account rather than the Postal Office. They look just like paper statements, and contain the same information, yet you'll receive them sooner than before, usually on the day they're created — plus they help conserve our natural resources!

Why does the Bank offer this service?

We're dedicated to helping you manage your finances easier. eStatements are faster, and more useful. And, less paper makes them friendlier to our environment.

Will I also receive paper statements?

No. Should you need a paper copy, eStatements can be easily printed out by you or you can call us. We'll be happy to mail you a paper copy.

What if my email address changes?

You can complete an Address Change under the Services section in Online Banking, call us at 1-866-433-0282 or contact us at: ANB Bank, Client Services, 1130 N. Circle Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80909.

What advantages do eStatements offer?

How do I upgrade my accounts to begin receiving eStatements?

To sign up, enroll in Online Banking. Once you are logged in under the Preferences section, click on Delivery and choose the Electronic Statement button for each account you have listed.

If necessary, could I stop receiving eStatements?

Yes, if you wish to stop receiving your electronic e-Statement and revert to a paper statement, you can call us at 1-866-433-0282 ; visit any of our branches and speak to a personal banker or notify us in writing at: ANB Bank, Client Services, 1130 N. Circle Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80909. ANB Bank will not assess any fees or charges to cancel this service.

eStatements are created using the Portable Document Format (PDF). Adobe's Acrobat Reader Version 5.0 or later is all that is required to open and print your statements and can be downloaded FREE at

NOTE: The average pushed e-Statement is usually under 3MB. eStatements with hundreds or thousands of checks could be as large as 100MB, so check with your email provider to ensure there are no size limitations on file attachments.

Is my eStatement delivery secure?

Yes. Your paperless bank statement is housed on a secure system. We utilize advanced technology to ensure your privacy. You receive a notification when your statement is available so you can log into ANB Online Banking and view it at any time. No account information is transmitted via email.

I have multiple accounts. Do I need to register each account for the eStatement program?

Yes. If you want to receive an eStatement for an account, then you need to register it for the program. You can easily register multiple accounts for ANB’s eStatement Program. Using Online Banking, log in and choose “Delivery” under the Preferences menu. Then select eStatements. If you are not an Online Banking customer, you can sign up for eStatements using our Online Banking application.

Do I receive an eStatement every month?

Your paperless eStatement will replace the paper bank statement currently being sent to you. Therefore, you will receive your eStatement monthly or quarterly, depending on how often you receive your current paper bank statement.

Can businesses receive eStatements?

Yes. Customers with business accounts can receive eStatements.

After I sign up, how long does it take to start receiving eStatements?

After you sign up for eStatements, you will need to verify your information. You will begin receiving eStatements in the first statement cycle after your information has been verified. Therefore, you may receive a paper bank statement or two before you begin receiving eStatements. Once you begin receiving paperless eStatements, you won’t receive a paper statement.

How do I know when my eStatement is ready?

You will be sent an email notification.

Is it possible to have statement notification emails sent to two different email addresses for the same account?

At this time we can only send statement notifications to one email address per login ID.

How long are statements available to view online?

eStatements are available for 7 years. This will begin with the first statement you receive after your information has been verified for ANB’s eStatement Program.

Can I have other statements and notices delivered electronically instead of receiving paper?

At this time, deposit statements for checking, savings, and consumer loan accounts can be viewed electronically.

Is there a fee for ANB’s eStatement Program?

No, this convenient and secure service is FREE!

Do I need a special program to view my eStatement?

No, the statement will show in a window in your browser. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view your eStatement. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free program. It can be downloaded from the Adobe website.
