Are there transactions fees when I use my debit card? <p>There are no transaction fees when you use a debit card for purchases within the United States. There is an International Transaction (ISA) fee for 1% of each transaction for international purchases. You can also incur foreign ATM fees when using a non-ANB Bank ATMs or outside of the MoneyPass ATM network.</p>
