NOTE:  If your Log-in begins with a special character you will not be able to make a change to it yourself, please contact a Personal or Business Banker at your local branch to assist you.

To Add/Delete Accounts:

To Add/Delete accounts with identical ownership to them, use your BankAtEase Log-in and select the blue "messages" link in the upper right corner of the screen. Within the Secure Mailbox, select "New" and the TO: "Add or Delete Account Access" dropdown and specify three items*: 

  • the account number referenced
  • the account type
  • your log in ID

(Example: "Please add checking account #123456 to my log in, bankCustomer123.") Select "Send" when finished.

* Bank policy requires these three pieces of information submitted from the user before we can make any changes.

To Add Bill Pay:

To Add Bill Pay, use your BankAtEase Log-in and select the blue "messages" link in the upper right corner of the screen. Within the Secure Mailbox, select "New" and in the Subject line enter Bill Pay Request and inform us that you would like to add access the Bill Pay function. Please include which account(s) you want it added to and your Log-in info. We will reply back to you via this Secure Mailbox.:

(Example: "Please add Bill Pay for checking account #123456 to my Log-in: bankCustomer123.") Select "Send" when finished.

Log In to BankAtEase™ to ADD or DELETE an Account OR to request bill payment.
